The UCLA Rugby Alumni Association fuels our alumni brothers to become active members of the UCLA Rugby family.
We will support the fielding of a consistently elite collegiate rugby club. One built by men of integrity and passion with great respect for the game, our Bruin culture and to become future leaders in their communities.
“You need a
fire
in your belly”
No words are more true, Dennis Storer, the Godfather of UCLA Rugby often used this saying to motivate his teams to summon the hunger and desire to achieve success. And success he achieved.
Coach Storer guided his UCLA teams to an astounding 362-46-2 record and won national championships in 1972 and 1975 between 1966 - 1982. Dennis is also known as the “Dean of US Rugby” and was the first Head Coach of the USA Eagles National Team as well an inaugural member of the US Rugby Hall of Fame.
We want to spark that fire you had when you played with UCLA crest emblazoned on your chest.
Dennis was also fond of saying “Lads, this is the really big one” so the question is…….do you still have a fire in your belly?
